Today's modern university campus is flooded with mobile phones, tablets, laptops, and IoT devices. As students and teachers are leveraging online collaboration tools to enhance the learning experience, IT is challenged with ensuring a seamless user experience with their wireless networks.
Watch this AI:rchitect Series webinar where we will be joined by our customer, Dartmouth College, to show you how to architect an AI-driven wireless network for higher education. We will discuss:
Challenges in deploying Wi-Fi for higher education and how to solve them with AI
Best practices and design considerations for deploying networks in high density areas
Benefits from migrating off legacy architectures
How to use AI-driven insights to monitor, troubleshoot, and operate a higher education network
Live Q&A with network engineers from Dartmouth College
Modern Wireless networks with the power of cloud services
Christian has 20+ years of product marketing, management and engineering experience in the networking industry with a strong focus on mobility, cloud and wireless and speaks often at industry events globally. "With limited IT and support staff, the ease of operations and automation of the Mist system has been critical to assuring a robust learning environment."
"Our students are very demanding when it comes to the on-campus network. Mist provides unique features that let us satisfy the most stringent wireless requirements, such as customizable Wi-Fi service levels, event correlation for rapid root cause analysis and a virtual network assistant that makes troubleshooting fast and easy for our team. In addition, Mist enables us to transition our Wi-Fi operations to the cloud, delivering new levels of scalability and agility that we could not achieve with our previous controller-based WLAN architecture."
